How to add live chat on Tilda website

To add the chat widget to your website, sign up with If you already have an account, follow these simple steps:

Installing chat on Tilda

Step 1: Click on the “Edit the”

Step 2: Go to “Site Settings”

Step 3: Choose “More”

Step 4: Click on “Edit code in the HTML” for head-zone section

To complete this step, you need to copy the live chat code to the admin panel

Step 6: Paste the installation code

Go back to your Tilda account and paste the LiveChat installation code and save.

Step 7: Republish all pages

When you refresh the page, the chat widget will appear in the bottom right corner. If at least one agent is online, your customers will be able to start a chat straight away.

Access your app panel ( to check if the live chat is working for your customers. Ask one of your customer support team to send a message from the chatbox. Then, make sure that you receive it on your ​​Web Version
