How to install live chat on a Bitrix website

To add the chat widget to your website, sign up with txt.me. If you already have an account, follow these simple steps:

Step 1:  Go to “Site Templates”

To install an online consultant on Bitrix, you need to go to the control panel of your site, click on the “Settings” and select the “Site Templates”.

Step 2:  Go to “Edit” your template

To install the widget, please copy the code and paste it above the </body> tag on every page of your website.

Access your app panel (https://app.txt.me) to check if the live chat is working for your customers. Ask one of your customer support team to send a message from the chatbox. Then, make sure that you receive it on your ​​Web Version txt.me.
