How to collect reviews on customer service

Customers can leave reviews right from the chat

Once a conversation between a visitor and your agent has started, chatbox shows a link to leave a review. The reviews are supposed to reflect the quality of customer services your agents provide.

Angry customers can ruin the reputation of your business. You contain the negative effect by allowing them to vent out right where the conflict has started. In addition, it lowers the chances that the client will go to other review websites to leave negative reviews.

How to enable the reviews?

You can turn this feature on and off on the Appearance > General page. Check the checkbox “Show Reviews link” and Publish the changes.
